Press Release:

People suffering from low back pain due to a bulging/herniated disc, sciatica, or pain in the legs have new hope. Flexion distraction/decompression therapy (FDD) is a non-invasive, painless therapy that has been reported to have next to miraculous results.

The treatment consists of a constant, rhythmic movement of the patient’s lower back coupled with a traction force to the low back. This movement causes a decrease in spinal disc pressure, which in turn reduces the bulging disc material away from the nerve area. Pain is reduced gradually over a series of treatments. This therapy is more effective than general traction. The procedure is gentle and non-invasive.

Dr. Vishal Verma, president and clinic director of the Advanced Spine & Laser Center has been utilizing FDD therapy for over 4 years with above an 87% success rate recommends that “FDD therapy should be used as the initial therapy to traditional surgery” and “FDD therapy has reduced the need for surgery in over 80% of patients.”
