Celebrating the Grand Opening of Evolution - The Green Room Salon, under a candle light setting, are hosting a Valentine Wine and Cheese Tasting. This year they are paying special tribute to the influence to Cleopatra and Marc Anthony’s love attraction. The Green Room Salon, leading stylists are highlighting the romantic edgy looks for spring season.
On Sunday, February 12, Evolution- The Green Room Salon, will open and showcase Spring’s hair fashion trends with a wine and cheese reception in its luxurious setting at 442 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill. The event kicks off at 4:00 PM.
This elite, full-service, unisex salon --owned and operated by veteran hair stylist Natasha Paul-- will be the escape to the tranquil intimacy of luxurious pampering. Its warm and inviting Feng shui interior welcomes patrons to a broad selection of hair and beauty services that feeds the body, mind and spirit. Patrons can enjoy hair care styling to therapeutic hair and beauty treatments under the expert guidance of Ms. Paul and her highly trained team. The staff includes Naidra Beckles-Matthias, hair stylist/makeup artist with 15 years experience and James “Jamie” West, a veteran hair artist.
“My goal is to offer quality salon services and provide exclusive hair care and beauty products,” said Ms. Paul. “We’re introducing the chic spring trends inspired by the iconic beauty Cleopatra, such as edgy bobs and sexy bangs with natural highlights. These modern looks are for today’s sophisticated business women. Starting in August, The Green Room Salon will offer spa services such as therapeutic massages, hand and feet therapy and acupuncture therapy creating the ultimate rejuvenating experience.”
Ms. Paul, a licensed cosmetologist, also holds certification as a Mazani stylist and Clairol colorist. With 12 impressive years in the industry, she boasts a client list that includes Def –Jam, J Records, Motown Records and Roc-a-fella.
The reception will feature Sheba Te’j -- a traditional Ethiopian honey wine, and a variety of gourmet cheeses. Sponsors include Lanza, Mac Cosmetics, and Nioxin for hair and skin care products, and Home Interiors. Admission is $25.00 a person. Guests will receive gift bags of the salon’s sample products.
