All About Careers (AAC), a nationally recognized resource for job seekers and employers, has scheduled its next career development programs. Currently, the company offers three seminars: 1) Workpaths for Women; 2) AAC Dream Job Boot Camp; and 3) Parents Session. The programs are designed to address the needs of each specific market.
“Many other job search workshops take a “one size fits all” approach. Our participants benefit from content that is most relevant to their stage in life and career level in a format that fosters group interaction,” says Laurie Kahn, co-founder of AAC. “Additionally, our workshops are designed and taught by business professionals with first-hand knowledge of the job market, career opportunities, hiring trends, and the most successful job-hunting strategies, as well as sales and marketing expertise. We know what employers are looking for in job candidates.”
Workpaths for Women: Claiming Space in the Workplace: Entering, Re-entering or Changing Roles is geared toward adult women who have postponed or delayed entering the workforce due to family or other considerations, who now wish to return to or begin working outside the home. The program also is ideal for women who are currently employed but wish to embark on new careers.
For those beginning their careers, including recent college graduates, the company offers “All About Careers Dream Job Boot Camp™”: Guerilla tips, tactics and strategies for the seriously motivated career-seeker.”
The program arms participants with the tools they need to market themselves and land a job that best meets their skills, qualifications and career objectives. Class size is limited to ensure personal consultations.
