AgileAssets Inc. is preparing for additional growth and has recently promoted three key personnel to recognize the challenges ahead. As the premier provider of asset management software, AgileAssets, Inc. is seeing a marked increase in requests for information and demonstrations of its suite of products.

**Leonid Samokhine is named the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
In his new capacity as CTO, Mr. Samokhine will be responsible for developing the technical direction of the company — particularly in the areas of utilizing the Internet for managing assets across large, geographically-dispersed organizations and utilizing PDAs for better control and accountability. Mr. Samokhine has been a valuable member of the software development team since 1999. His responsibilities include the design and development of pavement and maintenance management software systems, including GIS integration.
He is proficient at database design and programming using the Oracle RDBMS. In addition, Mr. Samokhine has experience in developing web-based applications for asset management and middle-tier components using a Sybase Application Server. He provided significant expertise in projects for the states of Kentucky, North Carolina, New Mexico, and Delaware; the company of Koch Materials in Wichita, Kansas; implementation of a maintenance management system for the country of Jamaica; a pavement management system for the province of Quebec, the city of Dubai, UAE, and the city of Chicago.
**Trisha Voges is named the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In her new capacity, Ms. Voges will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. As the CFO, she will provide rigor and clarity to financial and business management processes—helping to streamline and manage growth.
Ms. Voges has worked with AgileAssets, Inc. since 2002. She continues to be a valuable member of the executive management team, and has particular experience in the financial management of large projects. She has worked on many project implementations, assisting with project management and support as well as project planning and administration, budgets and costing, documentation, and overall coordination of project details.
**Jason Watts is named Marketing Manager.
In his new capacity, Mr. Watts will be responsible for increasing the industry’s awareness of AgileAssets, Inc. and the software products it provides, and to contribute leadership in the overall marketing strategy. With years of experience in the industry, his knowledge earned will advance AgileAssets.
Mr. Watts welcomes the challenges associated with the growing business at AgileAssets. He is a highly experienced marketing professional, and has worked with AgileAssets, Inc. since 2003. Building on graduate business studies and business-to-business promotional experience in the communications industry, Mr. Watts provides a strong foundation to lead AgileAssets in marketing management.
Mr. Hudson is proud of these individuals and their success within the company.
