Services will include LCD Screen Repairs, Hard Drive Upgrades, Memory Upgrades, and Diagnostic Services. For example, they are performing flat-rate hard drive upgrades which includes the following: MacBookResQ will send a custom PowerBox to the customer’s location in the continental U.S. via overnight courier to pickup the unit for overnight delivery back to the MacBookResQ service center. MacBookResQ will receive the unit, install the SATA drive of the customer’s choice and transfer the data, then return the unit back to the customer overnight. As an added bonus, the drive installation and data transfer is done within one business day.
