The new Classic British Hotels hotel directory features over 50 quality, independent 3, 4 and 5 star member hotels. The new Directory has been compiled following a comprehensive review of over 70 equivalent hotel group and consortia publications. The Classic British Hotels web site features prominently in the directory, but why does a 21st century hotel company need a printed directory at all when over half of all bookings into Classic British member hotels are made on-line? "The fact is that not everyone walks around with a lap top" says Len Louis. "In common with many other hotel groups and consortia, the printed directory plays a major role in driving customers to our web site where they can check the latest availability and room rates."
