Sandi Hammons, founder and CEO of Premier Pigments announced the company’s mission to improve service and customer relations: "We have reorganized our call center and shipping departments, expanded our operating hours and increased our inventory levels to enhance customer service."
The company recently completed renovations to their training facility and also unveiled plans to open the world’s first high-tech call center devoted to serving the permanent cosmetics industry and its technicians.
