Press Release:

Colorado Author, Sherry Moore, has only one complaint about her life. “I never have time to clean my house anymore!” She states with a playful smile. If she isn’t rushing her children to swim lessons or baseball practice, she is working on her next children’s book, making travel plans, or working on the schools she is planning to visit when school starts. It is a busy life, but one she is excited about.

Sherry Moore first became well known when her suspense novel, Shadows of the Past, hit the bookstores. This intense story was based off of an experience she had as a teenager and she used her own experience to help teenagers and families all over the world. Sherry also began visiting schools to not only reach out to teens, but to also inspire children to get excited about writing. To date Sherry now has four books published. Shadows of the Past as well as two children’s books, Jason’s #16 Dream (an inspirational chapter book), Dude: You’re a Crab (an illustrated chapter book that is part of an ongoing series), and the newly released collection of poetry, Shadows Unspoken.

After her first novel was published, Sherry also contracted out with a Colorado-based tour agency, QueensLander Tours, and began leading seniors on one-day tours. She has now expanded her tours to include Branson, cruises and eventually Italy. “The folks I meet, whether it is the children in the schools or the seniors I travel with, are amazing people. I have been incredibly blessed and they all keep me very inspired,” she states sincerely.

Sherry’s dreams are clear. “I want Dude; You’re a Crab to become an animated movie so that I can make enough money to send both of my children to college,” she states with an ambitious smile. “And someday, I want to go to Italy.” For now, Sherry turns back to her computer to work on her next story and waits to take her daughter to swim lessons.
