K. Hovnanian Homes’ Raleigh Division was honored with two awards at the 2006 North Carolina Homebuilders Association STARS Awards Gala held Thursday, August 24, at the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference in Charlotte.
K. Hovnanian Homes’ Raleigh Division was honored with two awards at the 2006 North Carolina Homebuilders Association STARS Awards Gala held Thursday, August 24, at the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference in Charlotte.
“We’re incredibly excited and honored to have been presented with this award,” said Mike Reiser, president, K. Hovnanian Homes’ Raleigh Division. “K. Hovnanian has always been proud of the quality of workmanship we provide in our homes, as well as our great sales and marketing team.”
K. Hovnanian’s awards included one STARS Award for “Best Interior Merchandising for a home under $250,000” for their Vincent model at the Bedford at Falls River community, and an Outstanding Achievement for “Best Logo Design” for their newest community, Providence Place.
Providence Place, a K. Hovnanian development, is located in Morrisville, North Carolina, and offers amenities such as walking trails, a swimming pool, tree-lined sidewalks, recreational facility, playground and greenways. The “Vincent” model and other K. Hovnanian homes can also be found at the award winning Bedford at Falls River community located in North Raleigh.
The STARS awards gala recognizes home building, sales and marketing professionals throughout North Carolina. The evening includes dinner and entertainment, sponsored this year by K. Hovnanian Homes’ Raleigh Division.
