October conference will help entrepreneurs learn secrets of making money online. Former finance professionals will show how to make the most of internet marketing.
Seven of the UK’s leading Internet Marketing Experts gather in London next month to take novices and experienced world-wide-web entrepreneurs through the stages it takes to make a living online.
Billed as ‘The Magnificent Seven’ and lead by two ex-bankers – their mission of this ‘posse’ will be to debunk the Internet marketing cowboys.
The event is The 1st UK Internet Entrepreneur Conference and it's being held at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel, London, England on the weekend of 28th & 29th October 2006 The conference is organised by Manchester-based eConfex Ltd.
Managing Director, Steve Foley, explains, "I’ve always taken a fun approach to learning at my events. So in order to make the conference informative and memorable, we have given it a western theme – in keeping with debunking the internet marketing cowboys who promote to entrepreneurs recycled BS ‘how to get-rich-quick products’."
The conference is a good chance for entrepreneurs to learn from top professionals; Internet marketing gurus whose success in previous careers has translated to their new professions.

The two ex-bankers ‘double-act’ is Neil Stafford and Neil Travers. They're billed as ’The 2 Neils’ and are the internet version of ‘Ant & Dec’ – the UK’s famous comic TV presenters. Their introduction to Podcasting and Vidcasting session is guaranteed to raise a few laughs as they explain the addition of audio and video to their kids' soccer coaching website – one of their 105 websites currently combining to make them a fortune.
The programme will help to turn delegates into entrepreneurs, showing each stage, from set-up to income, in seven steps, then showing them how to develop original products at very low-cost. Other skills will be taught, such as copywriting and back-end integration – which sounds painful but isn't -- adding e-commerce payment, autoresponders and affiliate programmes to any website.
