HODDESDON, HERTFORDSHIRE, 15 FEBRUARY 2007 ? e-Docs UK has acquired Total Imaging Solutions, the Watford-based provider of document scanning services. This is the first of a series of strategic acquisitions that will strengthen the company?s position in the marketplace and enable the delivery of a broader range of services to clients.
This acquisition will enable e-Docs UK to develop the scanning side of the business and play a key role in helping the company to hit its target of processing more than 5 million documents per month. This will consolidate the company?s position as one of the UK?s largest providers of scanning services and enhance its range of advanced document management solutions, which include invoice processing, document hosting and e-billing.
