Englewood Cliffs, NJ (January 15, 2008) – “Chicken Noodle Soup Wit a Soda on the Side,” those are one of kind lyrics that only a true artist can make a number one hit across the country. Young B from Harlem, the same artist who sold over 800,000 ring tones, is known for wowing audiences with her energetic performance and talented dancing, on Saturday she did just that.

The Dwight Morrow High School auditorium was full to capacity on Saturday night at the 3rd Annual Englewood Idol competition as student’s, faculty and friends cheered the final 10 contestants as they grace the stage only to be judged by artist Young B and a panel of industry experts. The young star played the role of a younger Paula Abdul on American Idol as she gave her expert opinion on stage presence, vocals and over all performance.

Young B gave a star-studded performance at the end of the show right before announcing the big winner. Young B performed her new single “Can You Dance” and the crowd went crazy, as student’s rushed the stage to battle it off in a dancing frenzy. She pulled students onto the stage to see who could do the well-known Chicken Noodle Soup Dance and the 5000 the best. She ended the show with her dancers battling it off with the students in the audience to P-STAR song “Wanna Make You Dance” as she headed off stage to announce the new Englewood Idol T.S Saunders.
