Shenzhen, China January 21, 2008: WEEL Technologies has successfully completed a management buy-out of the Wearable Electronics (WE) company FITRIGHT Industrial.
WEEL is focused on the design, manufacturing and system integration of WE into Apparel, Bag and Accessory products. The management buy-out consisted of funding and transferring all manufacturing assets, technology rights, patents, supplier agreements as well as FITRIGHT’s long-standing customer base to WEEL. WEEL’s new offices are in Shenzhen, China, Taipei, Taiwan and Portland, Oregon USA.
