Believe it or not, it helps me do a great job cutting and styling hair," says Rick Spence. Spence, as his long time friends and customers calls him, opened a new Salon and Spa in Norwich CT. People travel from New London, Old Saybrook, Mystic, Lyme and even Westerly RI just to have Spence cut, color, foil, and style their hair.
