This way I know ahead of time, the price range that we can begin looking in". Property viewing then begins. From this point the client is educated on such things as the "offer process” and what their role is in this process.
The viewing process can take days or even weeks. Once a property is located that fits within the clients criteria an offer is prepared. Terms and prices are a main point of negotiation. Once an offer has been accepted, the clients are given assistance in attaining a building inspection, secure financing, read and understand various documents, as well as help in locating the right Lawyer to complete their conveyance.
