A psychic and stand-up comedian have designed a practical "Creative Thinking Incubator" for business and community groups teaching a cutting-edge tool-kit in lateral intelligence. Using laughter and a new understanding of how the sub-conscious mind works the "incubator" is designed to show participants easy switches that open the mind's higher intelligence.

Alicia Power, a professional ‘business intuitive’ and Ph.D. student, and Mandy Nolan, a stand-up comic who has worked alongside Whoopi Goldberg and is a regular on Australian television, are pooling their talents to create specially designed environments as ‘accelerated creative thinking incubators’ for business people, corporate and community groups.
“A stand-up comedian is a virtual library of ideas and on-the-spot innovation.” says Power, who works with business professionals facilitating leadership and creative thinking. “Laughter is one secret”, she says, “to stepping past hesitation and ‘boxed thinking’ and is used extensively in the ‘incubator’.”
“As a professional ‘intuitive’ I understand how logic and intuition interact and the simple ‘switches’ the brain needs to open any person’s lateral intelligence.”
The seminar covers how the sub-conscious mind works and how to use it deliberately to create results. Participants also learn about how their logical ‘inner critic’ can support the ideas process while not blocking creativity.
