A new book released by poet and scholar Dr. Scott Bennett German promises men and women a deep metaphysical transformation of soul and sensual ecstasy by helping them re-discover and experience anew their romantic identity and highest abilities and aspirations for love and fulfillment, marriage and family, self and community. In conjunction with Lulu (www.lulu.com), the world’s fastest-growing provider of print-on-demand books, this book is ideal for women to better understand themselves; for men to make them better; and for couples to experience true intimacy.
The Pleasures of Woman, quite simply, is a book of medicine for human sexuality. It is a salve to cleanse and heal our wounds of confusion and anger, and dull sleepy our fears and self-obsessions. It is an intimate conversation from the heart to women and men of all ages, who have the heart to understand. It is a new erection of the classics in man, by rediscovering the nature and imaginations which make him classic. It is a mythological dream of woman, spawned from the alphabet of Adam’s affections, and the depths of all men’s needs.
It is poetry written from and for the deepest, most sacred parts of the human being. Words that tenderly nourish the unblossomed flower of man's purest and sweetest sense of innocence and intimacy, by empowering, exalting and adoring women's most natural, intoxicating, and surreal dimensions of femininity; lavishing upon women the savory epiphanies and rapturous delights of eternal womanhood; and creating a world of joy, brightness, peace, and hope.
It is a book written with only one wish: the purification of the sexual expression of truth, wisdom and love.
Scott says, "There are times when man must rediscover his deepest nature in order to free his highest aspirations and abilities. No mechanism of human communication can do this quite like poetry. Only a thought masterfully poeticized with sensual language and spiritual imagery can touch man's "keystone of judgments," as John F. Kennedy said. And only poetry can inspire revolution within human consciousness, as Pope John Paul II and President Ronald Reagan righteously did. World transformation begins with self-recognition and understanding. And classically what has always helped man define precisely who and what he is, and inspired him to conquer himself and the world....has been the soft, silent roar of his woman. And it is for her, primarily, that this song from the heart of man was humbly written."
