WOBURN, MA April 8, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced the KleenJet Mega 1000 steam cleaner line, which is comprised of two models aimed at commercial customers: the Mega 1000CV and Mega 1000CVP. Both units feature HEPA filtration, high-performance wet/dry vacuums, and more than a dozen cleaning tools.
"The 1000 line of steam cleaners expands on our offerings for commercial users," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "The units address a range of needs whether its heat, continuous operation or disinfecting applications."
Steam Cleaner Features
The Mega 1000 steam cleaners provide up to 89 psi of pressure and steam temperatures of up to 320 F. Each unit includes a 5-liter boiler, a 5-liter extraction chamber and a vacuum with HEPA filtration and 2200mm of column lift.
The KleenJet Mega 1000 steam cleaners also incorporate a 3-liter continuous refill tank. To refill the machines, water is added to this non-pressurized chamber; due to Daimers design, neither the water temperature nor the pressure levels decline during a refill, a problem that can affect other manufacturers continuous-refill steam cleaners.
For longevity and low-maintenance, both steam cleaners include a replaceable heating element technology that allows customers to have a single low-cost heating rod replaced instead of a costly boiler.
The main difference between the two Mega 1000 units is that the 1000CVP includes Daimers unique Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization (ATIS) certified antibacterial technology that eliminates disease-causing bacteria and mold, according to tests by a third-party laboratory.
Attachments and Extras
Both steam cleaners include a variety of add-ons, such as: floor tools, upholstery nozzles, brushes, and extension rods.
