RiverRock Resort is located in Cashiers - Highlands, N.C. This area has been an under-the-radar retreat for affluent families from Florida and Georgia for centuries. Cashiers - Highlands is conveniently located 2.5 hours from Atlanta and 1.5 days from South Florida by car.
The deposit amount required for reservations is $2,000. A 10 percent down payment, less the $2,000 deposit, is due at time of contract. No payments are required for the first 18 months. During this limited time, developers will pay interest mortgage payments for up to 18 months as a purchase incentive for investors, equating to around a 10 percent discount. Sales must close before April 2006.
